See what we do →Different industries. Different problems.
A fine-dining kitchen and an industrial bakery have nothing in common when it comes to ventilation — except that both will fail an audit if specified wrong. We design around the reality of your operation, not a generic catalogue assumption.
- Specific compliance for each sector (EHO, HACCP, DW/172)
- Noise-sensitive solutions for hospitality venues
- Humidity-rated systems for laundries and bakeries
- High-temperature and smoke-rated industrial fans

DW/172 compliant. Every system. Every time.
The DW/172 specification is the industry standard for commercial kitchen ventilation. We design, install and commission to this spec — and you get the documentation pack for Environmental Health, your insurer, and your landlord.
Compliance without the headache.
Every commercial extraction system in the UK has to pass muster with four different gatekeepers. We handle every one of them so you can focus on running your kitchen.
Environmental Health
DW/172-compliant design, grease management, and a signed commissioning report. We speak EHO.
Building Control
Fire damper placement, means-of-escape integrity and safe discharge. We liaise directly on your behalf.
Your insurer
Documented kitchen extraction with regular deep-clean schedule — the key to keeping your premium sane.
Landlord
Discharge at roof level, noise-compliant, vibration-isolated. Handover pack included for lease file.
What our clients say.
"Commercial Fan Pro specified and installed a full 4.8m twin-canopy system for our new Shoreditch site. DW/172 pack delivered, commissioned on time, and the kitchen is noticeably cooler than our last extraction setup."
"We were 10 days from opening when our extract fan failed. The Commercial Fan Pro team were on-site the next morning with a replacement Ventorn unit and commissioned within 24 hours. Saved our launch."
"Needed high-airflow extraction for 6 ghost-kitchen units in a tight footprint. They designed and installed a custom low-noise system that passed Environmental Health first time."
